Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Drop off your package at any authorized courier point using the prepaid shipping label provided during the initiation process.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
