How long does shipping take for my order?

Domestic orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary between 3-5 business days depending on your location, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain accessories cannot be returned.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, our watches and select jewelry pieces come with a limited 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include general wear and tear or accidental damage.
